Reporting directly to the Head – Finance and Admin, you will join an administration team in the Human Resources field.

We are looking for a flexible and practically minded HR professional who will support MATS entrepreneurial, global values.

Qualification Requirements:
6 O Levels + 1 A Level Matriculation Certificate OR MQF Level 4 Certificate.

AND

Previous Experience:

A minimum of two (2) years’ proven relevant work experience in a similar role in the Public or Private sector.

Main objectives and Responsibilities of the post:

• Assists the Specialist 3 (HR) as requested in duties related to the implementation of Human Resources strategies, policies and procedures at the functional level in line with the Company’s vision, mission and objectives as directed by the Head (HR).

• Handles day-to-day employee issues and assists in standard office operations, including but not limited to, scanning of documents, photocopying, filing and redding, organising documents and maintaining a database for easy retrieval of information.

• Manages and maintains personnel files and records in liaison with the Company’s Data Protection Officer, her/his alternate and in line with GDPR policies and procedures.

• Assists in the recruitment and selection processes as required and in human resource planning.

• As required by the Head (HR), act as the Company’s point of contact for both internal and external job applicants.

• In consultation with the Head (HR) and subject to the necessary approvals, assists in the creation of adverts for vacancies on local media and assists in managing their distribution.

• Assists the Specialist 3 (HR) in the formulation of rosters and in matters related to Occupational Health and Safety.

• Under the direction of the Chairperson of the Board of selection, assist in the preparation of recruitment and selection reports.

• Any other duties as directed by the Head (HR) or his representative.
