The Resurfacing of Runway 05-23 has come to an end, except for some minor works that will be coordinated accordingly.  MATS acknowledges the scale of the infrastructural works required, the phasing of works around the clock to complete the project as quickly yet safely as possible.

The teamwork by all those involved including ATCOs who had to adapt procedures to last minute changes, Operations Administration, the asset of MATS NOTAM office, and the competence of our Safety team confirmed the dedication by MATS personnel towards aviation stakeholders and aviation safety at all times.
