The Company has an opening for the position of Air Traffic Administrative Support Officer 2 (TSS) within the Technical Support Services section.

 Applications will be considered from candidates who satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

  1. A minimum of six (6) Ordinary Level certificates (MQF level 3), including Mathematics, English, and Maltese languages.
  2. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Possession of a valid Category B driving licence.

Possession of an ECDL certification, experience in the use of databases and inventory systems/tools, and previous work experience in a technical stores environment will be considered an asset.

 Main Objective of the Post

The primary objective of this post is to administer the clerical and general administrative functions within the Technical Support Services section.

 Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Air Traffic Administrative Support Officer 2 (TSS) is responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative duties of the Technical Support Services section, which include:

 

  • Administer and maintain the section stores, including the upkeep of section stores database/s and inventories.
  • Assist in the upkeep of the section documentation and maintain the respective files of the section.
  • Assist in uploading and organizing of the section’s documents and records on the company’s document management system or platform.
  • Note and update minutes of meetings.
  • Assist in performing staff rostering and maintain records for ATSEP hands-on hours.
  • Coordinate logistics for section staff, visitors hosted by the section, and subcontractors engaged by the section.
  • Oversee the maintenance schedules related to CNS equipment.
  • Assist in identifying and liaising with suppliers to support ongoing technical projects carried out by the section.
  • Support the Company security process, through the application of temporary security passes.
  • Adhere to Company OHS Rules / national legislation
  • Adhere to the Company Quality standards.
  • Report all safety and security occurrences.
  • Support, and adhere to the Safety, Quality, Security and Compliance policies and procedures of the organisation in accordance with international, national and internal requirements.
  • Any other administrative duties that may be required from time to time as per exigencies of the section.

 

This position may necessitate local and/or overseas training and may also necessitate working overtime as per exigencies of the section.
