The Company is inviting applications for the post of Executive II (Operations).

- Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree at MQF level 6 in a technical subject such as ICT, Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in software development and/or any aviation-related fields will be considered a valuable asset.

Job Title: Executive II in the Operations Section
Section: Operations
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
Main objectives and responsibilities:
- Act as an internal oversight to the systems performance required for the provision of TWR/APP/ACC services.
- Provide advice and support to SH/SYS on all aspects of systems maintenance and developments.
- Act in concert with the OPS management team to identify new systems to improve ATC capacity and efficiency.
- Identify the required corrective action required for the systems and associated procedures and disseminate lessons learnt in coordination with the current operations management.
- Participate in the design and specification of ATM systems.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies.
- Troubleshoot reported issues.
- Coordinate system maintenance and upgrades with the technical section.
- Conduct system testing, validation and verification.
- Support simulation and shadow-mode trials.
- Analise operational feedback and implement improvements.
- Update and maintain FDP systems databases and system maps.
- Develop and maintain systems-related documentation
- Coordinate system training requirements between the Training section and OPS section
- Manage or contribute to ATM-related projects and initiatives
- Be familiar with ICAO, Eurocontrol and Eurocae system specifications and guidance material
- Ensure systems compliance with international standards
- Contribute to the evolution of ATM systems in line with SESAR
- Participates in International Support and Focus Groups
- Develops additional software tools to support the Operations Section
- Collaborate with external stakeholders
- Coordinate projects and maintenance of systems owned by external stakeholders
- Prepare Safety Cases
- Report Safety Occurrences
- Attend training courses and meetings locally or abroad
- Applies, supports and adheres to the Safety, Quality and Compliance policies and procedures of the organization as required by international, national and internal requirements.
- Perform other job-related duties as required by the Management.
