The Company is calling for applications in the post of Air Traffic Administrative Support Officers (ATASO) II within the Operations (OPS) section.

 

Eligibility requirements:

Applications will be considered from individuals who satisfy the following minimum     qualifications:

A minimum of 4 O Levels + 1 A Level Matriculation Certificate OR MQF Level 4 Certificate.

Due consideration: ECDL certification and/or an MCAST Advanced Diploma in Aviation Operations (Level 4).

A high level of proficiency in the English language should be demonstrated by the candidates.

 

Experience Requirements:

Previous proven relevant work experience in the aviation industry is considered an asset.

The selected candidate must be able to participate in training both locally or abroad, as required.

Main Objectives and Responsibilities

 

  • To assist the COO in the administration of the OPS section
  • To assist the OPS section management as directed by the
  • To assist in the day-to-day running of administrative work within the OPS
  • To assist in the COO’s administration requirements including calendar appointments and overseas missions.
  • To coordinate meetings for OPS
  • To edit and format OPS
  • To collect data for statistical purposes and
  • To support OPS management with the upkeep of documentation in the operational working
  • To be familiar with ISO quality management
  • To support quality and safety
  • Applies, supports, and adheres to the Safety, Quality, Security and Compliance policies and procedures of the organisation as required by international, national and internal company
  • Reports Safety Occurrences
